Drivers cautioned for Thursday commute due to inclement weather

Snow is expected to move in the KXCV listening area Wednesday night.
Meteorologist with the National Weather Service Sarah Atkins says even a little snow and ice can impact commuters.

"While we do have the chance up in the Maryville area, the best chance for any precipitation is going to be south of I-70.  But as far as accumulation for Maryville and the surrounding areas, we're expecting like a dusting of snow.  It certainly could create some ice issues on the roadways which would then have some impact potentially on the morning commute Thursday morning, especially in the beginning of the winter season.  It doesn't necessarily take too much for people to kind of get on edge with winter weather."
